General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through fashiontreadz.com.

Article 1 – Identity

Fashion Treadz is located in the Netherlands and registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK number: 92791107). VAT number: NL004976776B03.

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms apply to every offer from Fashion Treadz and to every distance contract concluded between Fashion Treadz and the consumer.

Article 3 – Offer and Prices

• All prices include VAT.
• Fashion Treadz reserves the right to change prices.
• Obvious errors in the price quotation do not bind Fashion Treadz.

Article 4 – Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods offered on our website. Fashion Treadz uses a secure payment environment.

Article 5 – Delivery

Fashion Treadz aims to deliver orders within the stated delivery times. If the delivery time is exceeded, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 30 days without giving reasons, provided that the items are unworn and have original labels.

Article 7 – Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via our contact page. We aim to respond to complaints within 5 working days.

Article 8 – Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
